October 27, 2016 Consider Signing Up to Be a Floor Facilitator in San Jose (11/4), LA (11/9) or San Diego (11/16) and have travel costs reimbursed!

The California Collaborative for Educational Excellence is hosting several workshops across the state in November to share important information with schools about the new LCFF Evaluation Rubrics. All audiences are welcome. The workshops will primarily focus on continuous improvement and how to help attendees interpret, understand, and use the new LCFF Evaluation Rubrics as a tool to support such improvement for all students. These workshops will also touch on changes to the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). The workshops are designed for teams coming from the same charter school. However, individuals not part of a team are more than welcome and encouraged to attend as well.

The CCEE is also looking for "Floor Facilitators" for its San Jose (11/4), LA (11/9) and San Diego (11/16) workshops. Their responsibilities will primarily be to provide direct support to participants during the workshop by helping participants engage in and complete LCFF Evaluation Rubric-related activities. Floor Facilitators will also help collect, synthesize, and share question themes with CCEE hosts. CCEE would reimburse Floor Facilitators for the cost of transportation to the workshops. If interested in being a Floor Facilitator, email Siulan Morales (smorales@ccee-ca.org) for more information.
