2015 Conference: Space is Filling Up, Book Your Room at A CCSA Host Hotel
October 22, 2014
CCSA looks forward to hosting you at The 22nd Annual California Charter Schools Conference taking place March 16-19, 2015 in Sacramento.
Why You should stay at a CCSA Host Hotel:
We appreciate your consideration when you choose where to stay during your time in Sacramento. CCSA has worked diligently to provide a location that is both convenient and affordable for the California charter school community.
CCSA has negotiated room rates exclusively for attendees of the 2015 Conference. Here are the top ten reasons why you should stay at one of our selected hotels:
Low rates = Cost Savings for You. CCSA has negotiated the best rates at the best hotels in the area until the block sells out or February 18, 2015, whichever is first.
Support CCSA. Staying at a contracted hotel is important to CCSA, to the city where we are holding this meeting and ultimately to the sustainability of the event. Full room blocks mean we have a reliable record and can book future conferences. Please support CCSA by reserving your room at one of our official hotels.
The Data Shows. In 2014, attendees at host hotels were 3 times more likely to be satisfied with their stay.
More Value. We have negotiated packages that include not just low rates, but benefits such as discounts on breakfast.
Convenience of Location, Location, Location. All hotels are nestled near the Convention Center for easy, walk able access to events and meetings. Staying within the contracted room block means you have the convenience of taking a short walk back to your room after a long day of meetings.
Keep Registration Fees Low. By staying in a contracted block you increase the buying power CCSA has which helps keep registration fees from increasing unnecessarily.
Flexible Terms. No pre-payment required and you have the flexibility to change or cancel your reservation at any time up to the cutoff date.
Socialize and Connect. An intangible but important benefit of booking within the block is the networking that occurs after hours in lounges, restaurants, bars and lobbies.
On-site benefits. Staying outside the block means attendees don't have access to room drops and important announcements that are delivered only to those in the block. If there are questions, concerns, or special requests, event staff is on-hand to respond to them, and to be advocates for attendees if a dispute arises.
Peace of Mind. Watch out for pirating organizations who may look official but are not approved by CCSA as it may be a scam. CCSA has negotiated room rates exclusively with the host hotels.
