CharterSAFE: Be Prepared to Meet New Human Resources Compliance Requirements

June 13, 2014 As of July 1, there are three very important new compliance requirements which go into effect for employers, including all charter schools in California. Please review all these requirements and make certain your school is prepared to comply by July 1.

  1. Start giving out the revised Worker's Compensation pamphlet with the new predesignation regulations.
