October 30, 2013 Email is now the most used form of workplace communication, replacing conversations that used to be held over the phone. Although creating personal email accounts on websites such as Gmail or Yahoo has become commonplace, the line between personal and business use is often blurred. Some individuals prefer the ease of operating within platforms that they are familiar with, instead of their assigned business accounts.
