October 18, 2013 CCSA looks forward to hosting you at the 21st Annual California Charter Schools Conference taking place March 3-6, 2014 in San Jose, CA.

Why should I stay at a CCSA Host Hotel?

We appreciate your consideration when you choose where to stay and CCSA's strategic events team has worked diligently to provide a location that is both convenient and affordable for the California charter school community.

The team has negotiated room rates exclusively for attendees of the 2014 Conference. Here are the top ten reasons why you should stay at one of our selected hotels:

  1. Support CCSA. Staying at our contracted hotel(s) is important to CCSA, to the destination where we are holding this meeting, and ultimately to you as a CCSA member. Please support CCSA by reserving your room at one of our official hotels.

  2. Low rates = Cost savings for you. CCSA has negotiated the best rates at the best hotels in the area until the block sells out or January 1, 2014, whichever is first.

  3. More value. We have negotiated packages that include not just low rates, but benefits such as free Internet access and discounts on breakfast and hotel self-parking.

  4. Convenience of Location, Location, Location. All hotels are nestled alongside the Convention Center for easy, walk able access to events and meetings. Staying within the contracted room block means you have the convenience of taking the elevator or a short walk back to your room after a long day of meetings.

  5. Keep registration fees down. By staying in a contracted block you increase the buying power we have and this helps us to keep registration fees down.

  6. Flexible terms. No pre-payment required and you have the flexibility to change or cancel your reservation at any time up to the cutoff date.

  7. Socialize and connect. An intangible but important benefit of booking within the block is the networking that occurs after hours in lounges, restaurants, bars, and lobbies.

  8. On-site benefits. Staying outside the block means attendees don't have access to room drops and important announcements that are delivered only to those in the block. If there are questions, concerns, or special requests, event staff is on-hand to respond to them, and to be advocates for attendees if a dispute arises.

  9. Peace of Mind. Watch out for Pirating Organizations who may look official but are not approved by CCSA as it may be a scam. CCSA has negotiated room rates exclusively with the host hotels listed below.

  10. It is plainly "the right thing to do."

When should I check-in?

The conference begins Monday, March 3 at 5 pm and ends Thursday, March 6 at 2:30 pm. CCSA will offer bag check at the San Jose Convention Center on Thursday, March 6.

Register for conference, book your room at one of our host hotels and we'll see you in San Jose. And remember, Early Bird Registrations ends December 13, 2013.
