February 8, 2013 Funding to support health education efforts aimed at the prevention and reduction of tobacco use by youth.

Deadline: Applications due February 20, 2012
Eligibility: Local education agencies, including charter schools, serving grades 6-12, with projects that propose to implement research-validated prevention programs for the general student population, provide youth development activities for both general and priority populations and intervention, and cessation services to students currently using tobacco
Award: Maximum funding is $54 per student ADA for the full three-year term of the grant
