Voters Approve $250 Million Schools Facilities Funding for San Bernardino Unified

December 7, 2012 Bond Measure N, a schools facilities bond which was passed by more than 71% of San Bernardino voters, will allocate $250 million to improve and upgrade things like campus security, technology, as well as repairs to San Bernardino Unified school buildings. Residents of San Bernardino will see an increase of $34 a year per $100,000 of assessed value for a property and San Bernardino students will enjoy various improvements and upgrades to their schools. The Citizens Oversight Committee will oversee the distribution of funds.
