DataScanner Compatibility Issues

January 19, 2012 In rolling out the new DataScanner software, DataDirector noticed that the software is working fine on systems with Windows 7 32-bit operation software, but is not working with Windows 7 64-bit operating systems. If you have Windows 7 64-bit software, a fix for this issue is expected in late February. In the meantime, please use a Windows 7 32-bit machine to complete your scanning if possible. Computers with older operating systems (such as Windows Vista) are not affected by the DataScanner compatibility issue.

If you have a Windows 7 64-bit computer and do not have access to another computer for scanning, please let us know so that we can work with you to find an interim solution to the issue.
