Delivered via webinar, these sessions are a great way to see how your school can improve and expand its use of ZOOM!.
Below is the list of sessions through February 2012. To register for any of the sessions, click on the title of the session to be taken to the registration page. If you have problems registering, please email Tristan Clerihew .
Assessments and Rubrics
Assessments & Rubrics are two extremely useful ways of better customizing and analyzing your data. This ZOOM! Booster Shot will show you how to create Assessments within DataDirector and the multiple ways you can enter data into them once created. You will also learn how to create Rubrics, which gives you an alternative way to analyze Assessment data that is meaningful to your school.
ZOOM! and the Primary Grades
You've been asking and we've heard you! How do you implement ZOOM! in the primary grades? To better help schools use ZOOM! in the primary grades, the ZOOM! team is offering this Data Institute showing schools how to put ZOOM! to use with their youngest students. This session will feature fellow school leaders sharing best practices from their sites, along with implementation successes and suggestions.
This ZOOM! Booster shot, led by the ZOOM! Support Team, will give you a brief demo of DataDirector's Online Testing Feature. It is recommended, although not necessary, that schools currently be using the item bank(s) to take advantage of online testing.
Using Data to Motivate Students
The ZOOM! Performance Institute "Using Data to Motivate Students" introduces schools to ways the data may be used to motivate students to do their best, as well as empower parents and teachers to motivate their students. (This webinar is a "CCSA Performance Institute." Content will be applicable to all charters and registration will be open to all CCSA schools.)

Aligning the exam to standards and clusters, modifying performance bands, and much more will be introduced and reviewed. This Booster Shot will NOT address creating an exam using the item bank. That will be covered in a future Booster Shot.
DataDirector and STAR Reports
