November 10, 2011 Each year CCSA asks charter school leaders to evaluate their membership. The feedback is an invaluable component to how we craft our work on behalf of the movement.

The purpose of the Charter School Member Satisfaction Survey is to measure overall satisfaction with our Charter School Membership and to understand how well CCSA is delivering on its value proposition to members.
