Troubleshooting Your Core Files
10/18, 3:30-4:30 p.m.
During the ZOOM! Booster Shot, "Troubleshooting Your Core Files," the ZOOM! support team will review common issues with core files and how to fix them, as well as answer specific questions pertaining to your school's core files. The session will also include information on how to upload supplemental information into DataDirector, such as new demographic fields.

Online Testing
10/20, 3:30-4:30 p.m.
This ZOOM! Booster shot, led by the ZOOM! Support Team, will give you a brief demo of DataDirector's Online Testing Feature. It is recommended, although not necessary, that schools currently be using the item bank(s) to take advantage of online testing.

Professional Learning Communities (PLCs): Creating a Data-Driven School Community

The ZOOM! Data Institute "Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)" introduces schools to the steps to begin and sustain a Professional Learning Community (PLC) driven by student achievement data pulled by DataDirector.

Tracking Academic Success for Accountability Using CCSA's Web-Based Tools
10/26, 3:00-4:30 p.m.
CCSA has established an Accountability Framework that incorporates academic status, growth over time, and comparable performance to similar student populations. Learn about the various online tools that CCSA has developed to help schools understand their performance on this framework, and compare their record with other schools. These tools are essential early warning systems to keep schools informed on their progress against CCSA's and the state's minimum academic standards for renewal, as they help inform school leaders about where they are - and where they want to be. (This webinar is a "CCSA Performance Institute." Content will be applicable to all charters and registration will be open to all CCSA schools.)

What's New in DataDirector 4.0 10/27, 3:30-4:30 p.m.
In anticipation of the release of DataDirector 4.0 in January, "What's New in DataDirector 4.0," will go over the changes that will be made to the system, including exams/assessments, user interface, and more. Presented by our DataDirector Account Manager, this session will be a valuable resource as schools adjust to DataDirector 4.0.

Creating an Exam--Basic
11/1, 3:30-4:30 p.m.
During the ZOOM! Booster Shot, "Creating an Exam - Basic," the ZOOM! support team will guide you through the basics of aligning an exam (i.e.: creating an exam shell) in DataDirector. Aligning the exam to standards and clusters, modifying performance bands, and much more will be introduced and reviewed. Additionally, we will cover how to create an exam in DataDirector 4.0. This Booster Shot will NOT address creating an exam using the item bank. That will be covered in a future Booster Shot.

(This webinar is a "CCSA Performance Institute." Content will be applicable to all charters and registration will be open to all CCSA schools.)

Assessments and Rubrics
11/17/11, 3:30-4:30 p.m.
Assessments & Rubrics are two extremely useful ways of better customizing and analyzing your data. This ZOOM! Booster Shot will show you how to create Assessments within DataDirector and the multiple ways you can enter data into them once created. You will also learn how to create Rubrics, which gives you an alternative way to analyze Assessment data that is meaningful to your school.
