Thursday, March 10 is the last day of the 18th Annual California Charter Schools Conference, but it's just as focused on best practices and inspiration as the first day.

The day starts with breakout sessions at 9 a.m. Our closing session will feature a panel discussion about Waiting for "Superman," the film that got everyone talking about education reform. The panel will include Washington Post Education Reporter and Blogger Jay Matthews; Lesley Chillcott, the film's producer; Diane Tavenner of Summit Public Schools; and Dr. Howard Fuller, distinguished professor and national reform advocate.

The conference officially ends at noon, and the countdown to the 19th Annual California Charter Schools Conference in Sacramento begins. If you attended the conference, thank you again for joining us in San Diego! If you weren't able to join us, or if you were but want to relive all the excitement, check the CCSA blog for links to online conference offerings, videos of keynote speeches, media coverage, and more!
