Funding to create incentives for establishing before-and after-school enrichment programs that partner schools and communities to provide academic and literacy support and safe, constructive alternatives for youth

Deadline: Applications due December 12, 2013
Eligibility: Local Educational Agencies, including direct-funded charter schools, with elementary/middle school programs that consist of three elements: academic assistance, educational enrichment, and family literacy services, and that operate during every regular school day.
Award: $50,000 - $150,000 per recipient school
