A Chance to Support At-Risk Youth - 2017 Alternative Accountability Policy Forum

August 16, 2017 Does your charter school transform at-risk students to students "at-promise" of success? Join your colleagues at the 2017 Alternative Accountability Policy Forum this November for targeted professional development aimed at schools reengaging at-risk youth. This forum brings together practitioners, researchers, and advocates to share best practices and expand networks of education leaders who strive to serve the most at-risk students in California.

At the forum, take part in the Reaching At Promise Student Awards Ceremony to recognize and celebrate the courage, vision and heart of at-promise students, policy makers and staff. Between August 14 and September 30, you can nominate reengaged students and the adults who serve them for three awards that focus on courage, vision, and heart, as well as a chance to nominate a student for one of five $1,000 scholarships. Learn about the awards here.
