March 27, 2015 Make your voice heard and join us Tuesday May, 5 in Sacramento when CCSA celebrates National Charter Schools Week by hosting our Annual Advocacy Day.

Advocacy Day is an opportunity to meet with elected officials and discuss the impact California's charter public schools are having on student achievement and how legislative policy will impact future success of the charter public school movement. It is also a chance to come together in Sacramento and meet with your local legislators on the issues you face in your schools. And this year we are launching our first ever youth symposium for students who attend. Stay tuned for more details.

Registration is now open! Learn more about Advocacy Day.

In 2014, over 300 charter advocates traveled to the State Capitol and demonstrated the incredible strength and growth of the charter schools movement--our largest Advocacy Day to date! Participants met with their legislators to discuss facilities funding, blended learning instruction, the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) and the Governor's Budget. Thank you to all of the charter school leaders, teachers, students and supporters who made the day a great success.

Register today for Advocacy Day 2015 and watch last year's video to learn more. See you on May 5 in Sacramento!
