Teaching Tolerance Educator Grant

Apply for funding from $500 to $10,000 to support classroom-level and school-level projects that embrace and embed anti-bias principles throughout schools and educate youth to thrive in a diverse democracy.

  • At the classroom-level, teachers can use grants to fund classroom programming that promotes empathy and kindness, positive identity development, perspective taking, critical thinking about injustice, and collective action.
  • At the school level, leadership teams can use funding to develop and implement programs to improve school climate, reduce hate, support culturally responsive practices and implement anti-bias curricula.

Deadline: Rolling

Eligibility: Educators working in public or private K-12 educational settings.

Award Amount: Up to $10,000
