MLK Day of Service Impact School Grant
Funding to support leadership development via Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service activities.
Deadline: November 10, 2017
Eligibility: Public schools, public charter schools or school districts in the 50 U.S. States and Washington D.C.; Grantees must be able to have a minimum of 500 participants (youth/adult), document the activities, train teachers and students on how to organize projects, plan at least one project that focuses on economic opportunity supporting economically disadvantaged individuals, and must engage youth not traditionally included in service (students with a disability, students from low income families, etc.)
Award Amount: Up to $1,500
Number of Awards: 50
