Tobacco-Use Prevention Education Funding (TUPE) Cohort M Tier 1
Funding to support health education efforts aimed at the prevention and reduction of tobacco use by youth. Tier 1 funding consideration to local educational agencies is based on projects that propose to enforce the LEA's adopted tobacco free policies and administer the California Healthy Kids Survey.
Deadline: November 18, 2016
Eligibility: Local educational agencies. LEA must have been certified tobacco-free by July 1, 2016. Funding is available to districts, charter schools, consortium leads, and county offices of education that serve students in grades six through twelve.
