Submit Ideas for Charter-related Legislation

Do you have ideas of how to improve conditions for charter schools in California?

CCSA's mission is to have one million students attending charter public schools by 2022 with charter public schools outperforming non-charter schools on every measure. Bill proposals should be aligned with CCSA's mission to create a robust, high performing charter school system within California. Submit your idea below.

CCSA will carefully review each proposal, assess how widespread the problem is, and if a legislative solution is the right fit. After CCSA staff's internal review, ideas will be reviewed by the Member Council in September, where we will then solicit feedback from the Board of Directors at their September Board meeting. At the December board meeting, the Board of Directors will adopt CCSA's legislative agenda.
