Princeton University Summer Journalism Program 2015 Application

All-expenses-paid, intensive 10-day seminar on journalism with the goal of diversifying college and professional newsrooms by encouraging outstanding students from low-income backgrounds to pursue careers in journalism.

Deadline: Applications due February 20, 2015

Eligibility: Students who are currently juniors in high school, living in the United States, who have an unweighted 3.5 grade point average (out of 4.0) and an interest in journalism, and whose custodial parent(s)/guardian(s)' combined income, plus child support payments, if any, must not exceed $45,000.

Award: All expenses, including students' travel costs to and from Princeton, are paid for by the program.
