LEAs that reported the enrollment of one or more LEP students on the R-30, Language Census Report are eligible to apply. LEAs scheduled to receive a formula sub-grant of less than $10,000 must apply as a member of a consortium. The total funding of the consortium members must equal $10,000 or more. The recipient amount is $95 per eligible student.
